- 4 1/2 eggs
- 1 1/2 soup spooons yoghurt
- 3/4 soup spoons milk
- 1/2 cup of Mytilene’s ladotiri
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped mushrooms
- 3/4 cup chopped cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil AEOLION
- Mix in a bowl with eggs with milk, yoghurt, a little salt and a little pepper.
- Saut in a non-sticky pan with AEOLION olive oil, mushrooms together with kale for 4-5 minutes until withering slightly.
- Empty them in the omelette, add a little more salt and the olive oil. Stir and empty the mixture in a deep refractory vessel. Bake at 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes.
- Serve the omelette warm or at room temperature.
